WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Class starts at 9 a.m. unless otherwise scheduled.
  • Safety briefing/Q&A
  • Class commences
  • Break for lunch – bring your own or visit a local restaurant
    (not for Intro class)
  • Class resumes with remaining work

FOR YOUR SAFETY

  • Wear nonflammable pants and shirt and close-toed shoes. Basically, nothing you wouldn’t wear at a campfire.
  • Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
  • Northstar Forge provides the necessary safety equipment, however, feel free to bring your own safety goggles, respirator/dust mask, ear protections and/or leather gloves.

DIRECTIONS AND PARKING

  • Please park in designated areas: 

    • Directly in front of barn between parking signs
    • Along the western tree line, near the garbage receptacles
    • Additional parking on Broadway Avenue.
