    Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your registration, please call our office at (612) 562-9020. For all cancellations (including rescheduling), the following policy applies: We understand schedules change unexpectedly; however, NorthStar Forge staff and instructors invest considerable time and energy planning our schedule, and last-minute vacancies for classes are often not easy to fill. Rescheduling can also be challenging due to limited instructors/availability. For these reasons, please be aware of the following Policy:

Cancellation/rescheduling more than 21 days in advance will receive a full refund, less a 4% processing fee (fee applied to cancellations only, no rescheduling fee); 20-14 days in advance, a 10% processing fee will apply; and less than two weeks, a 15% processing fee will apply. No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit the full class fee.
