Chef Knife Class Examples scaled

As part of this 2-day Chef Knife Class, students will learn to make a rough-forged 5-8-inch chef knife using a billet of Go-Mai (Japanese for five layers) high carbon steel – making this knife great for everyday kitchen use providing a lasting edge and natural patina with proper use and care.
