Chef Knife Class-March 14th
In the Northstar Forge workshop, students will make a 7-inch, hidden tang, chef knife perfect for chopping and an overall good utility knife for the kitchen. Skills learned will be stock removal, grinding, heat-treating, finishing and handling. Bring a lunch or check out one of the local places to eat.
Class begins: 9 a.m.
